• A ticket purchased is valid only for the day, time, place, and seat for which it was issued, and is not subject to exchange or return. This ticket, as well as a product, is a unique object, which becomes unavailable when sold, making it impossible for another person to purchase it. 

     • To privilege and respect our contractors (event venues, producers, cultural spaces, etc.) and in line with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the deadline for cancellation is no more than 7 days from the date of purchase. If this purchase took place in less than 7 calendar days from the date of the event/presentation/course, cancellation is limited to 48 hours before the start of the event.

     • If your purchase is within the deadlines presented above, you can cancel your ticket(s) by accessing the “User Area” (available in the side menu of the purchase page):

We keep your personal data stored in order to comply with our contractual and legal obligations. After fulfilling the purposes, we can delete the data or keep it stored anonymously. In cases where there is any legal provision that obliges us to keep the data stored, we may keep it for the period necessary to guarantee our regular exercise of rights.

1. With event planner. In that case, our partners use the personal data we provide them in the way described in their privacy policies, which may include sending you marketing communications. If you wish to no longer receive communications, the unsubscribe request must be requested directly from the event organizer, and INTI is not responsible for any processing activity that is carriet out by our partners. 2. With internal teams to be able to solve your doubts and provide the necessary support in case of problems related to the purchase of tickets;

INTI is concerned about keeping your data stored securely and for this it adopts security measures, including but not limited to access controls, backup and anti-fraud measures. 9. LOCATIONS OF PROCESSING

In some cases, we may use suppliers located outside of Brazil and in these situations, international data transfer may occur, as in the case of cloud storage. We recommend that when purchasing a ticket for an event, you access the privacy policy of the event organizer to understand in which country your data may be stored. In these situations, we ask that our partners observe the privacy laws applicable to each country.

10. EVENT PLANNER (CUSTOMERS)

INTI clarifies that sales of events carried out through this platform follow the guidelines of our customers including with regard to prices, cancellations and refunds. Our customers will have access to personal data arising from ticket purchases for their own event. INTI has no responsibility for how personal data will be treated by our customers, so we recommend that you read the event planner privacy policy so that you understand how your data can be treated by them.

INTI has specific documents that clearly state the responsibilities of the parties regarding the use of personal data.

11. TRACKING TAG

Our customers may use Tracking Tag.

Tracking Tag is a technique used on websites that allows an analysis of what activities are being carried out by users. Some of the purposes that this technique can have are:

• Ads and measurement: helps analyze browsing behaviors in order to serve and measure ads, making them more relevant to the use of products and services.

Is it from INTI that I am buying? 

No! INTI only provides the technology so that you can access and purchase the services and products you want, and to ensure that your experience in doing so is as good as possible.

In addition, INTI does not organize, decide, or participate in the organization of any events, whether regarding amounts, benefits, rules of use, or renewal, among other activities involved. All this is done by the company for whom INTI provides service, and from whom you are purchasing products and services.

INTI is not liable, under no circumstances, for tickets purchased outside the official sales channels: Website, box office, and point of sale. The customer is solely responsible for verifying the order data (event, date of the concert, city of execution, sector, price, schedules, age rating) before checkout.

Upon completion of the purchase, if any data inconsistency is identified with the credit card provider used for payment, the order may be canceled. Tickets purchased through the website will be added a convenience fee. In the event of cancellation, the fee will not be refunded.

The service purchaser (promoter of the event) is solely and exclusively responsible for the execution, cancellation, and postponement of the event/concert, as well as for any occasional exchange or refund of the face value of the ticket.

How old do I have to be to use INTI services?

You must be 18 years old or older, or be accompanied by a legal guardian. This is because, by accepting these Terms and using our services, you assume commitments and responsibilities. And you need to be that age to assume legal obligations under a contract.

Can I use information from other people?

No! It is very important that you only use information about you. After all, how can you assume obligations on behalf of someone else?

 Should I take my credit card on the day of the event? 

Yes, as long as you have registered or purchased tickets or passes using a credit card. You must have it in hand at the event reception and carry a picture ID of the cardholder, as its presentation may be necessary.

What are my obligations when using the INTI Platform?

It is very important—in fact, it is mandatory—that, by using the INTI Platform, you agree and undertake to:

● Enter correct, complete, and up-to-date data (or you risk having the purchase invalidated, losing opportunities, conditions, discounts, or the availability of tickets, passes, or products);

● Pay the payment slip by the date of its expiration—after the deadline, the payment slip is no longer valid, and the registration, contribution, ticket, or pass will no longer be reserved for you;

● Safely keep the ticket or access card and do not display it to others;

● Recognize that INTI has no responsibility for what is transmitted by the platform. INTI neither organizes events, games, parties, nor does it promote donation collection, or manufacture products. INTI only provides the platform for its business partners to develop their activities and approach you.

● If these commitments are disrespected, INTI may refuse to make sales. Registrations, tickets, contributions, or donations may also be invalidated.

Can INTI cancel my purchase?

Yes, if it verifies the occurrence of a possible fraud in purchases made, pending approval, or already approved. If INTI does not see the need to cancel the purchase, it may: Request that you present a scanned copy of the credit card holder’s documents; and even if you present, at the event entrance, admission, or reception, a picture ID of the cardholder or the card used in the purchase to validate it.

If I do not take care of my data, will INTI be liable for any damage?

No. Your data is your responsibility, and in the event of disputes between you and the INTI business partner, you agree to hold INTI and its entire team free and harmless from and against any and all liability.

What happens in the event of noncompliance with an obligation under these Terms and Conditions of Use?

Failure to comply with any provisions of these Terms will always be an exception and will never imply its amendment. And yet, mere forbearance does not mean that you or INTI agree to amend the provisions of these Terms.

(hereinafter referred to as INTI), with head office and jurisdiction at Alameda dos Maracatins, 1435 / conj.1207, São Paulo/SP, CEP 04089-015, registered with the CNPJ under No. 23.823;212/0001-74, owner of the technological platform (platform or INTI Platform), through prior registration (data registration), as specified in this instrument.

YOU MUST READ, ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPT ALL CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND THE PRIVACY POLICY, AS WELL AS IN THE OTHER DOCUMENTS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE, BEFORE YOUR REGISTRATION AND ACCESS TO THE INTI PLATFORM.

 ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE IS INDISPENSABLE TO ACCESS AND USE THE INTI PLATFORM. 

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and INTI. When you register to access the platform, you will be required to accept these Terms by clicking on “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy” upon request. You will not be able to access the platform if you do not accept these Terms.

These Terms govern access to and use of the INTI Platform, and you are also subject to the privacy policy that deals with the collection and use of your personal data.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You represent that you are older than the minimum age to enter into a binding contract (18 years or more), or if not, that you are properly assisted or represented by your guardian (and in this case, references to “you” and “your” in these Terms, also refer to the person who assists or represents you). By agreeing to the Terms and registering for access to the INTI Platform, you warrant that all information provided, including personal data, is true.

2. OBJECTIVE AND RESPONSIBILITY OF INTI

The INTI Platform is embedded in the websites of commercial partners. It contains information on:
(1) subscription in associative programs; (2) donations; (3) sundry contributions; (4) season tickets; (5) loose tickets; and (6) other products and projects offered by INTI’s business partners.

INTI’s business partners use the technology provided by their platform to facilitate the relationship with you, the user. INTI only acts as an intermediary offering a platform between its business partners and you.

INTI does not organize or participate in the organization of any events, nor does it define categories, values, benefits, rules for the use of counterparties, renewal, and execution of campaigns. All these definitions related to the products promoted by the INTI Platform are made by its business partners, being certain that INTI has no responsibility for the products offered on its platform.

Upon completion of the purchase, if any data inconsistency is identified with the credit card provider used for payment, the order may be canceled.

If it deems necessary, INTI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the services provided through the platform at any time.

3. YOUR USE OF THE INTI PLATFORM

You agree and undertake to:

Enter correct, complete, and up-to-date data on the platform. Otherwise, the purchase may be invalidated and if you wish, you will have to make a new purchase, subject to the conditions and availability of the registration, contribution, donation, ticket, pass, or product this second time;

Pay the payment slip, if you choose this means of payment, by the date of its expiration. After the payment deadline, the payment slip will no longer be valid for the respective purchase, so that the registration, contribution, ticket, pass, or product will no longer be reserved to you.

Have in hand, at the event entrance, admission, or reception, a picture ID of the credit card holder or the card used in the purchase, if you used a credit card to make the registration or contribution, or to purchase the ticket or pass;

Safely keep the ticket, access card, or any item or object that allows your access from the moment it is in your possession, and do not disclose it or allow third parties to access it in any way;

Hold INTI free and harmless from and against any and all liability regarding: The execution of the events for which tickets or passes were purchased, whether loose or for the season; the development of the activities in associative programs; and other products or projects promoted by the platform. INTI is not an organizer or promoter of events, an associative entity, or a manufacturer or distributor of products. 

We only provide a platform for our business partners to sell tickets, passes, products, and registrations, obtain contributions or donations, and manage their users. 

Should INTI identify inconsistencies or possible risks regarding you or your activities and considers it necessary to validate the registered information, you undertake to provide all evidence required from you; 

If there is reason for the information registered to be untrue, INTI reserves the right not to continue the sale or registration transaction, as well as to refuse to provide any services. 

You are solely responsible for the use of the platform. Thus, you assume full responsibility for any error, delay, loss, or damage arising from the registration of incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information.

You acknowledge that the content and data transmitted by INTI, as well as the platform itself, are protected by intellectual property rights and personality rights, both in Brazil and abroad.

INTI is not responsible for your actions or omissions in the use of the Platform, including any improper access, unauthorized use of third-party content, or violations of third-party rights.

4. SALES PROCESSING

4.1 Payments

Payment processing associated with membership programs, large contributions, season tickets, and loose tickets, among other products and projects starts on the platform. In it, you indicate the desired products, choose a payment method from the options available, and proceed with checkout.

Upon receipt of confirmation of payment approval, and through a financial intermediary, INTI will collect the corresponding amount, deduct the service fee and pass on to the business partner the remaining amount, according to the receipt model selected. All transactions carried out through INTI go through internal, automated, risk analysis processes that are supplemented by our payment processor.

For security reasons, some purchases made using credit cards requiring any additional confirmation or validation may go through the in-depth analysis process of our payment processor. Purchase approval may be pending until the end of this analysis. Within no more than 48 hours after the purchase, there will be a response on whether or not the transaction is approved. 

4.2 Cancellation 

INTI reserves the right to initiate and process cancellations, without the need for intervention or approval by the business partner, if it detects evidence of fraud in purchases made, whether they are pending approval or have already been approved, whether the indications are on its part or in the event of a technical error in the processing of the transaction.

In the event of evidence of fraud, INTI may request you to scan the credit card holder’s documents used in the purchases. The deadline for submitting said documentation will be set by INTI. If you do not submit the documents within the specified time period, INTI will be responsible for cancelling/suspending the transaction or not. INTI may also request that you present at the event entrance, admission, or reception a picture ID of the cardholder or the card used in the purchase before validating it.

5. YOUR DUTIES AND OTHER CONDITIONS OF USE

In order to enjoy correct and safe access to the INTI Platform, you must (i) keep confidential and not share your data to access the INTI Platform; and (ii) assume full responsibility for the security of your data, preserving itself against data loss and system intrusion, among other possible damage caused to equipment owned by you.

You agree not to use the Platform for illicit purposes or for any other purpose other than that originally intended.

6. AMENDMENTS

INTI may amend these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time to, for example, reflect changes in the law or changes in the conditions of access to the Platform. In any event, each time you access the Platform, you must visit and review the then-effective Terms that apply to your use of the Platform. Notwithstanding the foregoing, these amendments will take effect upon their publication. If you are dissatisfied with the conditions of these Terms (including its amendments), you may discontinue access to the Platform immediately and at any time.

These Terms reflect the entire agreement between you and INTI regarding access to and use of the Platform.

7. DISCLAIMER

You agree to hold INTI and its directors, employees, partners, and staff free and harmless from and against any and all damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of disputes between you and third parties in connection with the use of the services provided by the INTI Platform.

8. MISCELLANEOUS

Any forbearance by either party regarding violation or failure to apply any provision does not constitute novation or imply acceptance, waiver or consent, abstention from the exercise of a right or power arising from these “Terms and Conditions”, being certain that any right may be exercised at any time by either party.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

By using the INTI Platform, you represent that you consent to these Terms of Use and are bound by its conditions and obligations.
