This Privacy Notice informs which personal data IT.ART TECNOLOGIA S.A. ("INTI") can obtain when you use our services.
This document will help you to understand how we treat your personal data.
Initially we clarify that INTI is a technology company specialized in ticket sales, memberships and subscriptions (season tickets), through this platform.
We explain that INTI is considered a processor , being our customer (event planner) the responsible for treating your personal data, considerer a Controller.
In compliance with the transparency principle, we will demonstrate how we can treat your personal data when you use our services.
Individual Registration | When you create an account to purchase a ticket, we will collect your personal data such as your name, address, number identification, zip code, email, date of birth, nacionality and telephone number. This information is necessary so that we can identify you in our platform. If INTI understands that there is any suspicious activity on our platform, we may request additional documents to verify the veracity of the data provided. |
Purchase Data | To complete your purchase you need to provide your payment information, such as your credit card details. The collection of this data is for the purpose of processing payment for your order. If you request any type of refund, we may collect your bank details so that we can refund the amount requested. |
Ownership Transfer | When there is a transfer of ownership of a ticket, we will collect your data such as your full name, number ID, telephone number and e-mail to change the ownership and keep the data updated. |
Customer Service | When you need some assistance to solve a problem or clear up any doubts regarding a purchase made, we may collect your personal data to be able to identify you in our internal system. |
Membership Program | When you become a membership, we collect your personal data (name, adress, email, date of birth, nacionality and telephone number) to validate your participation in the respective program. |
Brownsing and Cookies | If you use our website, we may collect data about the browser and device you are using, your IP address, your location to generate statistics about how our website is used. |
Job Applicants | When you apply for one of our job openings, we will collect your resume to recruit, assess and evaluate a job applicant’s skills and qualifications. |
Service Providers | When INTI hires a service provider, it will be necessary to collect personal identification data to carry out internal registration on our platform and accreditation in external events. |
Our services are not directed to children under 13 years old.
However, and limited circumstances its possible that entry in some events is allowed, for those who have more than 13 years old.
In that case, this treatment will be carried out in accordance with the guidelines established in Chapter II, Section III, of the LGPD and other specific rules.
If we learn that we have collected a child’s personal information in violation of applicable law, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
We keep your personal data stored in order to comply with our contractual and legal obligations. After fulfilling the purposes, we can delete the data or keep it stored anonymously. In cases where there is any legal provision that obliges us to keep the data stored, we may keep it for the period necessary to guarantee our regular exercise of rights.

INTI is concerned about keeping your data stored securely and for this it adopts security measures, including but not limited to access controls, backup and anti-fraud measures. The Internet, however, is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that our website will be completely secure when you use them. In some cases, we may use suppliers located outside of Brazil and in these situations, international data transfer may occur, as in the case of cloud storage. We recommend that when purchasing a ticket for an event, you access the privacy policy of the event organizer to understand in which country your data may be stored. In these situations, we ask that our partners observe the privacy laws applicable to each country.
INTI clarifies that sales of events carried out through this platform follow the guidelines of our customers including with regard to prices, cancellations and refunds. Our customers will have access to personal data arising from ticket purchases for their own event. INTI has no responsibility for how personal data will be treated by our customers, so we recommend that you read the event planner privacy policy so that you understand how your data can be treated by them.
INTI has specific documents that clearly state the responsibilities of the parties regarding the use of personal data.
Our customers may use Tracking Tag.
Tracking Tag is a technique used on websites that allows an analysis of what activities are being carried out by users. Some of the purposes that this technique can have are:
• Ads and measurement: helps analyze browsing behaviors in order to serve and measure ads, making them more relevant to the use of products and services.
• Resources and services: the data collected may be used to measure and analyze the website's audience (volume of visitors, pages viewed, average browsing time, etc.) in order to help improve its performance.
• Analytics & Research: Helps to understand and improve products and services.
INTI informs that it does not control the activities carried out by these third parties based on the information collected by Tracking Tag.
