• A ticket purchased is valid only for the day, time, place, and seat for which it was issued, and is not subject to exchange or return. This ticket, as well as a product, is a unique object, which becomes unavailable when sold, making it impossible for another person to purchase it.
• To privilege and respect our contractors (event venues, producers, cultural spaces, etc.) and in line with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the deadline for cancellation is no more than 7 days from the date of purchase. If this purchase took place in less than 7 calendar days from the date of the event/presentation/course, cancellation is limited to 48 hours before the start of the event.
• If your purchase is within the deadlines presented above, you can cancel your ticket(s) by accessing the “User Area” (available in the side menu of the purchase page):
✓ Include your email and authenticate your identity
✓ Click on “my purchases”
✓ Select the “view order” option
✓ Click on the “cancel purchase” button and confirm
Cancellation of your ticket(s) and chargeback are made automatically. Your card provider may take up to 2 invoices to process this request, just wait.
• The amount of the convenience fee will not be returned
ATTENTION: It is not allowed to cancel tickets after the date of execution of the event.
